Hey there! I’m Chelsea and I am so excited that you are here!!!! 🙂
I started The Festive Mommy in hopes of gathering fellow mommy creatives and providing some festive inspo for my readers. Crafting and creating has always brought me so much joy, and I love sharing craft tutorials and ideas with others.
What started as a crafty blog has gradually grown into a small business specializing in balloon decor! I didn’t originally envision The Festive Mommy as a party business, but after throwing my son’s first birthday party, I’ve been hooked on bringing festive visions to life.
When I’m not bringing your party dreams come true, I’m doing all of the mom things with my two young kids. I am a former elementary teacher and a current curriculum designer, so I’m always drawing on those experiences to do fun and creative learning activities with my little ones.
During my free time, you’ll find me reading a thriller or a romantasy series (hit me up with your must-read books!), or catching up on Bravo shows. One of the best gifts I have ever received is a trip to sit in the audience in NYC for a taping of Watch What Happens Live (thank you to my husband, Alec!). I’m a born-and-raised South Jersey girl, and that’s where I currently live!
